1 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 8l9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the services available at 8l9.club , including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and payment processing services.

By registering an account on 8l9, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 8l9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of the 8l9 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited on this platform.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal construct.
• You must be the registered account holder. Creating or operating an account on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 8l9 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• You must be accessing the platform in a personal, recreational capacity and not for any commercial or professional gambling purpose that conflicts with these Terms.

Age Verification

8l9 operates a strict age verification process. Age is verified at the point of registration and again prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. We may request copies of government-issued identification documents — including but not limited to a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — to confirm that a player meets the 18+ age requirement.

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All funds within that account, including any deposits made and any winnings accrued, will be voided and not returned. 8l9 may report the incident to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

3 Account Registration and Security

Registration Requirements

To access the full range of 8l9 services, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on 8l9. Registering or maintaining more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, the same email address, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 8l9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to forfeit any bonus funds, free spins, or promotional credits held within them. Real-money balances in duplicate accounts may be subject to review before any return is made.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8l9 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 8l9 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access occurred because you disclosed, shared, or failed to adequately protect your credentials.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify 8l9 support immediately by contacting [email protected] (plain text — not a link) or via 24/7 live chat. 8l9 will take reasonable steps to secure your account following such a report.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

8l9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with responsible gaming and financial security best practices. Players may be required to submit verification documents at any time, including:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued letter dated within the last three months and showing your registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account used for deposits belongs to you.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period requested by 8l9 may result in withdrawal processing being paused until verification is complete. 8l9 will never use your KYC documents for any purpose beyond account verification and fraud prevention.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

Accepted Payment Methods

8l9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following BDT-denominated payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank direct transfer, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 8l9 is ৳200 for bKash and Nagad, and ৳300 for Rocket and bank transfers. Deposits made to your 8l9 wallet via bKash or Nagad are credited instantly under normal circumstances. 8l9 does not charge any fee for processing deposits. Any mobile financial service charges or bank fees levied by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned to the source account and the depositing player account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for bKash and Nagad, and ৳1,000 for bank transfer methods. Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed by 8l9 within 15 minutes on average during normal operating conditions. Withdrawals may take longer during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the 8l9 player account. 8l9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification or pending investigation of account activity where 8l9 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent behaviour.

Currency and Conversion

All player accounts on 8l9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to any deposit or withdrawal transaction. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

8l9 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. The availability, value, and specific terms of each promotion are communicated at the time the offer is presented. By claiming any bonus or promotional offer on 8l9, you accept the specific terms attached to that offer in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the 8l9 bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or using automated tools to interact with bonus games — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonus funds, the reversal of any winnings derived from those funds, and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

7 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on 8l9, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal, and recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account on the 8l9 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with any game, sports market, or any other feature of the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software, algorithm, or RNG used on the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or any other illegal source.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the platform software to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation are subject to forfeiture.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 8l9 support staff or any other player on the platform.
• Attempting to access any other player's account or any non-public area of the 8l9 platform.

8l9 monitors platform activity continuously for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, 8l9 may take immediate action including account suspension, withdrawal restriction, and escalation to relevant authorities without prior notice to the player.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 8l9 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected] (plain text — not a link). Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment account provided that all withdrawal conditions, including KYC verification, have been met. Pending bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Closure or Suspension by 8l9

8l9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period requested.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal behaviour.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 of these Terms.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or other legal requirement compelling 8l9 to close the account.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, your access to the 8l9 platform will be revoked immediately. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to the player's registered payment account within 5 business days, subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances, free spins, and promotional credits are non-refundable upon account closure for any reason.

Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the 8l9 platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion is immediate and permanent — once activated, it cannot be reversed by the player.
